Driving Healthcare Forward with Innovation and Inspiration

Building Bridges: How Healthcare Leaders can Overcome Challenges through Collaboration and Peer-to-Peer Discussion at the AHA Leadership Summit

The healthcare industry is facing significant challenges, and to overcome them, strong and agile leadership is needed. One effective strategy for healthcare leaders is to engage in discussions with their peers. While each leader may represent individual hospitals and health systems, we are all part of a larger healthcare network in the US. Sharing experiences and ideas with other leaders can provide valuable support and innovative perspectives on complex issues.

I personally have benefited from connecting with peers across the country, and I encourage others to do the same. Join me, along with AHA President and CEO Rick Pollack, as well as hundreds of health care leaders, experts, and innovators at the AHA Leadership Summit in San Diego from July 21-23. There is still time to register for this valuable event.

The Leadership Summit offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers, exchange ideas, and explore strategies to advance healthcare. Attendees can participate in a wide range of breakout sessions, plenaries, and networking opportunities tailored to their interests and the needs of their teams and organizations. Plenary sessions will cover topics such as resilience, culture, innovation, transformation, health equity, and the future of healthcare delivery.

In addition to the informative programming, the Leadership Summit will provide numerous opportunities to connect with colleagues. At the Innovation Hub featuring special programming on innovation
