Influencers and some doctors are recommending specific supplements, diets, exercises, and prescriptions to help regulate cortisol, boost testosterone, and address estrogen levels. But are these suggestions truly effective? In this episode of Science Vs, we delve into this topic with endocrinologists Dr. Deena Adimoolam and Prof. Anne Cappola, as well as urologist Prof. Mohit Khera.
