PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland Thorns ahead Janine Beckie tore a ligament in her proper knee and can miss the Nationwide Ladies’s Soccer League season and the World Cup this summer season with Canada.
Beckie tore her ACL in a preseason recreation between the Thorns and the U.S. under-23 girls’s nationwide staff Wednesday.
