Banožić Overcomes Health Struggles and Exits Intensive Care

Former Defense Minister Marijo Banožić is making progress in his recovery. He has been moved from the Intensive Care Unit to the Neurosurgery Clinic, where he continues to receive multidisciplinary treatment, according to KBC Osijek. Reports from HRT confirm this improvement.

Under Croatian law, former minister Mario Banožić has 8 days to activate his parliamentary mandate from dismissal. His lawyer submitted a request on his behalf to activate the mandate and put it on hold, as well as to activate the so-called 6+6 privilege. This means that he will be paid his full official salary for the next six months, and half of it for the next six months.
