On Tuesday, the Japanese government issued an urgent warning to its citizens to take shelter after North Korea allegedly launched a rocket carrying a satellite into orbit. This is Pyongyang’s third attempt to launch a satellite this year, and it has caused fear among Japanese authorities who believe that the missile could fall on the southern part of the country. The South Korean military also stated that they believe the missile was carrying a spy satellite and was launched in a southerly direction. North Korea has informed Japanese authorities that it plans to launch the missile between November 22nd and December 1st.
