Adena Health Expands Vascular Program with Two New Surgeons Added to Team

Dr. Rao, who has practiced in Cleveland for nearly two decades, now serves as the medical director for vascular surgery services. He is board-certified in general surgery and vascular surgery, having earned his medical degree from Stanley Medical College in India and completed his residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. He furthered his training with fellowships in trauma surgery and vascular surgery in Detroit.

On the other hand, Dr. Kar previously worked as a vascular surgeon in Washington, D.C., has returned to Ohio after earning his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in New York and fellowship in California.
